Text - Five compact building parts adopt the architecture of the typical city villas in Bregenz , Austria . The number of the living units really is of secondary importance, fading into the background behind their generous and exclusive appearance. A light-flooded inner courtyard in the center of the houses makes up a semi-private zone between the outside and the private living area.
Each living area is fitted with a balcony glazed on three sides. Living rooms as well as the bedrooms that are situated adjacent to the balcony have windows on both sides and weatherproof access to the outdoors. Fitted with folding slide windows, the balcony acts as thermal buffers and minimizes energy loss in winter.
Size - 17.900 m3 gross volume
